The class will help improve your posture, core strength and flexibility whilst having some fun. No class the same. Please bring mat, towel and wear socks!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: For 1:1 and 2:1 classes, notice is required otherwise you will be charged as detailed below: - cancel between 48 - 24 hours, 50% of class fee will be charged - 24 hours or less, 100% class fee charged. For matwork classes : no credit is given for missing classes.
