Each class will be designed based on your objectives and accommodate any injuries, surgeries or medical conditions you may have and then help you to become fitter, more flexible and stronger. £60 per hour for a one off £250 if you buy a subscription of 5 x 1:1 classes (£50 class)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: For 1:1 and 2:1 classes, notice is required otherwise you will be charged as detailed below: - cancel between 48 - 24 hours, 50% of class fee will be charged - 24 hours or less, 100% class fee charged. For matwork classes : no credit is given for missing classes.
